Request deletion of your Still Waters account
You can request deletion of your account and associated saved data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1: In the app
Open Still Waters → Account & Privacy → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Without the app
Send an email from the address associated with your Still Waters account. You can use the button below; it opens your email app with the request prefilled.

If the button does not work, email l-brits@hotmail.com with the subject Still Waters - Account Deletion Request. Do not send your password or verification codes.
What happens next?
We will verify your ownership of the account before processing deletion. Once verified, we will remove the account and associated personal journal content and other account-linked data, except information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes. We will contact you if additional steps are required.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Still Waters account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play's subscriptions settings. Contact us if you need assistance.
